PREVIEW
Good Friday football returns to the TSL as North Hobart at home again, hosts cross-town rivals, the winless Tigers. The Tigers were unlucky to have been belted by Glenorchy, they had held them for the Three Quarters, even though Glenorchy were keepi9ng themselves in front. North Hobart had a slow start against the Blues, and then they fought back, and then the Blues started to runaway with the game, but again the Demons didn't want to go away against Launceston.
North Hobart suffered a couple of injuries with Justin Veitch being an earlty casualty with a leg injury and then onballer Ollie Di Venuto who kicked goal of the day was forced from the field with a rib injury. The Demons have also lost Clinton Brown, after a melee back in Round One. Brown was outed for a week for striking Alex Hevey and Jamie Di Ienno.
The Tigers have their own concerns, though it appears most of those concerns are not on the field. They are entrenched in a battle to save their skins, as they are being forced away from the TCA Ground and maybe heading down to Kingston. Onfield they are a young side, that have in the past lost a fair bit of experience. The Tigers have also managed to sneak a win when they were against it.
Last season, the Tigers challenged Devonport until Half Tme before the now departed Clinton Viney ran riot for the Northern Magpies, and then there was the game against Clarence where Hobart were looking like inflicting the first Clarence loss of the season. Both games were at the TCA Ground, they later belted Glenorchy.
The rivalry in the past has seen them battle in an SFL Grand Final, last season North Hobart easily beat the Tigers, but the season before the both sides had some close games. With the Demons missing key players, the Tigers could have a chance to take home a win.
Aaron Hall was again good for the Tigers last weekend, booting 3 goals forn the Tigers, he played well against the Magpies the week before as well. Ruckman Todd Willing is having a good start to the season, last season some would think that he wasn't at his best in his first season with the Tigers.
For the Demons Paul Allison was good up front for the Demons, as was Zeke Gardam both men were often kicking many goals for the Demons last season. New recruit Zane Murphy was at his best last weekend as well. The Tigers are going to have to work hard to stop the threat of Paul Allison up forward, and to take Zeke Gardam out of the game as well.

PLAYERS TO WATCH
Zane Murphy (North Hobart) – Named in the bests last week and played a good game for the Demons, the former Docker turned Bomber, now Demon is going to be needed this weekend with the outs that the Demons have.
Aaron Hall (Hobart) – Talented young Tiger has been one of the shining lights for the Tigers so far this season, kicked 3 goals last weekend for the Tigers. They are going to need all the goals they can get against the Demons.
QUESTION MARKS
North Hobart have 3 big outs, it took them time to start against the Blues last weekend, and then there was the fadeout, can the Demons bounce back this week and keep the Tigers from getting anywhere near them this weekend?
Hobart have been beaten by 50 and 80 points respectively in both their games this season, the Tigers have a massive battle away from the field, will this affect them on the field? Or can the Tigers upset the Demons and get their first win for 2011?
WHO WILL WIN AND WHY
North Hobart have a stronger looking side, they are missing 3 key components to their side this weekend, but they have a lot to cover that. Hobart while they are able to keep with some teams, they do get blown away as well. It is hard to see how the Tigers are going to stop the likes of Paul Allison, Zeke Gardam, and Zane Murphy. Allison was quiet late against the Blues, but you also had Gardam come to life, and you have Muir too that's starting to look the goods.
At home you would always think the Tigers should have the goods to beat the Demons, but the Demons are looking like a stronger side but this week the Demons need to start off better and finish off better than they did against the Blues. But they cannot underestimate the Tigers though, it could be enough to see the Tigers upset the Dees if they take it too easily.
PREDICTION
North Hobart by 40 points.
