FORM: Hobart's season goes from bad to worse as it was kept goalless last week in its sixth consecutive loss. By contrast, Lauderdale could not have been more impressive in its 57-point hiding of North Launceston to keep its finals hopes very much alive.

BURNING QUESTION: What affect will the week's talk of Hobart's demise have on the Tigers this round? This is a game Lauderdale is expected to win, and one it has traditionally dropped. Can the Bombers do the business when it is required?

THE KEY: Lauderdale full-forward Jamie DiIenno helped turn the game last week with three of his five goals coming during the second term. While not always the most skilful player, he is super competitive with his strength and athleticism and loves a contest.

WHO WILL WIN AND WHY? There is no doubt Hobart will be motivated and galvanised by the week's controversy surrounding the club's future. But if Lauderdale can keep the Tigers in check early, this motivation might fade and give a chance for the Bombers to cruise to victory. However, if they give Hobart a sniff, it could be a very tight battle.

TIP: Lauderdale by 28 points.
